"Arnaud is now back home after 10 days at Les Elfes.
He had great time; he succeeded to break into English schools teens which were at Les Elfes the 1st week of his stay and had a great time; he also took the initiative to do snowboarding for the last 3 days.

By moving out of his way for the 2 above mentioned initiatives, that means that your colleagues gave him confidence in himself and the spirit of "Les Elfes" works.
