面向8至17岁儿童的日间夏令营
从12月初到4月底，每周日到周五， Les Elfes International 将组织三种供您选择的日间营活动：全天营（8:30-18:30）、仅下午营（16:00-21:30）或超长日营（8:30-21:30）。
您只需陪同孩子到Les Elfes International总部办理入园手续，剩下的日常活动就交给我们来安排。
日间营员将有机会与来自世界各地的住宿营员一起，与他们共度一整天。
我们提供多种活动，例如滑雪、单板滑雪、火炬游行、滑冰、游泳、桌游，以及英语、法语、德语或西班牙语课程等。费用已包含餐费和滑雪通票。

With breathtaking alpine scenery, Verbier provides a winter wonderland for enthusiasts of all skill levels.
Paragliding (offered as an extra)
Take to the skies with the paragliding experience offered by Les Elfes International as an extra activity. Enjoy a tandem flight with experienced paragliding professionals, making it accessible and safe for all ages. Soar above the alpine landscapes, enjoying a bird’s-eye view of the stunning scenery. Mont Fort (3,300m)
Experience the unique views from Mont Fort, standing at 3,300 meters. Les Elfes International will bring campers here to marvel at the breathtaking panoramic views of the Swiss Alps. While we don't ski down from this peak, the scenic journey and stunning surroundings make it a must-visit destination during both winter and summer camps.
Horse Riding
Saddle up for a horse riding adventure with horse stables located directly on the Les Elfes campus. At Les Elfes International summer camps, students can learn to ride a horse, practice jumps, and experience the thrill of running with horses. Suitable for riders of all levels, this activity is offered as an optional sport during summer day camps and summer overnight programs.
Football Pitch
Directly At camp, enjoy the Les Elfes’well-maintained football pitch, perfect for friendly matches and practice sessions. Campers gather their friends to enjoy the game amidst the stunning backdrop of the Swiss Alps. It's an excellent way to stay active and play outdoors during free time.
Volleyball Pitch

Lake Geneve offers a world of water fun. Located only 1-hour from the Les Elfes Campus, the lake offers campers a range of activities such as tubing on the Les Elfes private boat, banana boating, and water sliding. Perfect for cooling off on a hot day, these water sports are a hit with all age groups and add a splash of excitement to children’s stay with Les Elfes International.

Different ropes courses are available for campers of all levels, with some located directly in Verbier while others offer various exercises just a 40-minute drive away. Mountain Biking
Explore scenic trails on mountain bikes provided by Les Elfes International, suitable for all levels of riders. All students attending Les Elfes summer camps must pass a mountain bike test before heading to the mountain. Beginners will have the opportunity to learn a new sport while remaining on safe terrain under the supervision of our staff. Medical Facilities Next to Campus
For peace of mind, three top-quality medical facilities are conveniently located in the village of Verbier. Les Elfes International guests have quick and easy access to healthcare services, ensuring a safe and worry-free stay. In the event of more serious injuries, the hospital is situated just a short 30-minute drive away. Additionally, Les Elfes Camp’s nurse is available every day to check on any kids with illnesses, providing additional care and support throughout their stay.

4 Valleys Resort
Explore the expansive 4 Vallées Resort, boasting an impressive 400 km of slopes. Verbier, recognized as the world’s best ski resort, offers unparalleled skiing and snowboarding experiences for all levels. As part of the Les Elfes International program, students have access to these exceptional slopes along with stunning mountain scenery. Each morning, Les Elfes buses conveniently transport students to the bottom of the lift, just a short 2-minute ride away. From there, students learn how to ski with their instructor while enjoying their day exploring the wide variety of slopes that Verbier and the other 4 interconnected resorts have to offer. During summer scamp, kids also have the opportunity to take an educational and scenic tour of the nearby dam with Les Elfes International. Learn about its engineering marvels and enjoy the breathtaking views, making it a fascinating excursion for all ages.

The Sport Center is just a short distance from the Les Elfes campus, making it convenient for campers to access during their free time. With state-of-the-art facilities and a variety of sports programs, guests can stay active and engaged throughout their stay. 请注意，我们不提供奖学金或分期付款方案。
营员可以有单独的房间用来学习或考试吗？
是的，对于需要更多隐私和安静环境来完成学业或备考的营员，我们可以根据要求并在房源允许的情况下安排单人间。不过，我们通常不建议这样做，因为我们鼓励营员与同伴交流互动，这是夏令营体验的重要组成部分。
家长可以陪孩子一起参加夏令营吗？
不，家长不能和孩子们一起住在营地里。不过，欢迎家长在安排好的自由活动时间前来探访，也欢迎参加营期结束时的颁奖典礼。这样，营员们既能享受独立生活，家长也能分享孩子营地生活的精彩时刻。
安全与监督
有多少名工作人员负责监督夏令营的营员？
我们确保师生比例不低于1:10。除了营地监护人员外，孩子们在营地内及参加活动期间始终处于监护之下，营地设有夜间值班人员、护士和闭路电视监控系统，加上营地全体工作人员，平均每2名儿童就有1双眼睛在看护。
员工是否持有相关证书且经过背景调查？
是的。所有员工都经过背景调查和培训（包括急救培训），而且讲师都是具备资质的专业人士。
如果我的孩子受伤或生病了，该怎么办？
营地内配有护士，我们还与当地诊所（距离10分钟路程）和医院（距离45分钟路程）保持合作。 所有儿童均享有100%的保险保障，甚至包括直升机紧急救援，且会立即通知家长。如果儿童因受伤无法继续参加夏令营而提前离营，我们将退还剩余天数的费用。
贵单位对欺凌或骚扰行为有何政策？
我们实行零容忍政策。员工都经过培训，能够及时发现并解决问题。
Les Elfes 是如何处理高风险活动的？
安全始终是我们的首要任务。 我们针对每一项活动都制定了风险评估方案。此外，对于被视为高风险的活动，除了我们经验丰富的员工外，我们还会与具备完全资质的专业登山向导和教练合作。这确保了每项活动都在严格监督下进行，使用适当的装备并遵守安全标准，让营员们能够在安全的环境中享受激动人心的冒险体验。
住宿与舒适度
房间是如何安排的？
营员们住在带独立卫浴的多人间（4张床）。男生和女生分别安排在不同的楼层/楼栋。
我可以指定室友吗？
是的，可以提前提出请求，只要是同性，我们会尽力满足您的要求。
这里有Wi-Fi吗？
是的，但仅限于校园的某些区域，以确保营员们能积极参与活动。晚上不允许使用手机。
膳食与营养
你们是否提供针对过敏或特殊饮食需求的餐食？
是的。只要提前告知，我们的厨师可以满足各种饮食需求和限制。我们提供以下餐食：
- 过敏原：坚果（花生、核桃、腰果……）、乳糖、乳制品、大豆、麸质、小麦、鸡蛋、鱼类、贝类、芝麻以及其他个体过敏原。
- 饮食习惯：素食、纯素食、鱼素、清真、犹太洁食、不吃猪肉、无乳制品、无乳糖和无麸质。
- 医疗需求：针对糖尿病、乳糜泻、注意力缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）、自闭症相关敏感症及其他健康状况提供的定制餐食。
有哪些零食可供选择？
每天都会提供新鲜水果和清淡的小点心。
后勤与附加服务
是否包含机场接机服务？
不，但可以额外付费提供此服务。我们的工作人员会在日内瓦机场的服务台迎接孩子们，并安全地将他们送往营地。请注意，在我们的专车满员之前，可能会有等待时间（最长2小时）。
我的孩子应该带些什么？
预订时我们会提供一份行李清单（运动服、防水夹克、泳装、洗漱用品）。
建议给多少零花钱？
每周约100瑞士法郎，用于购买纪念品、零食或小物件。
这里有洗衣服务吗？
是的，床单每周更换一次，个人衣物洗衣服务每周提供一次，需额外付费。
滑翔伞运动对儿童来说安全吗？
是的。我们在韦尔比耶提供双人滑翔伞作为可选活动。该活动视天气情况而定，且需获得家长同意。飞行活动由持证专业飞行员组织，需额外付费。年满6岁的儿童即可参加。这真的太棒了！
你们提供私人活动或自选活动吗？
是的，夏季我们提供网球、高尔夫、骑马、英语、法语、西班牙语、德语或普通话的私人语言课程（11:00至12:00或17:00至19:00），以及滑翔伞活动。
冬季，我们提供滑翔伞项目，以及法语、英语、西班牙语或德语的语言课程，包括强化班（每周4次，每次9至12小时）和轻松班（每周3次，滑雪后进行）。

接送时间是什么时候？
全天均可送营员报到，但建议您在下午3:00之后抵达，以便工作人员能妥善接待营员。接营员离营的时间也较为灵活，不过最佳时间是在中午12:00之前，这样可以确保离营过程顺利。
我的孩子可以提前一天或推迟一天到达吗？
是的，可以安排提前到校或延迟离校，但必须提前向我们的团队提出申请。我们将确认是否可行，并做好必要安排，以确保您的孩子得到妥善照顾。

家长如何获取最新信息？
通过“Les Elfes”应用程序（仅限iPhone使用），该应用可分享每日日记、照片和每周活动安排；也可通过电子邮件发送至我校接待处，或通过WhatsApp联系。
我可以联系我的孩子吗？
是的，在规定的电话服务时间内（16:00 至 19:00）。如有紧急情况，您可以随时通过紧急电话联系我们。
夏令营期间，什么时候给孩子打电话最合适？
我们建议您在瑞士时间（GMT+1）16:00 至 19:00 之间致电。这个时间段既不会打扰孩子的日常活动，也能确保您的孩子更有可能有空、心情放松且愿意聊天。

你如何帮助害羞的营员适应环境？
在课程开始时，我们会组织互动游戏、开展团队建设活动，并进行一次过夜旅行，以促进学员之间建立友谊。
如果我的孩子想家了，该怎么办？
这是很正常的；我们的工作人员都经过培训，能够为孩子们提供支持，而且大多数孩子在2到3天内就能很快适应。
我的孩子想家，决定提前离开，我能获得退款吗？
若参与者患病、遭遇意外事故，或直系亲属（父母、兄弟姐妹或祖父母）去世，已购买Les Elfes取消保险的客户可获得夏令营费用的全额退款，但需扣除1,000瑞士法郎的押金。 如需申请此项补偿，参与者必须通知Les Elfes并提供充分证明（例如：医疗证明、死亡证明）。 该政策有效期至夏令营首日开始前24小时。未选择取消保险的客户在任何情况下均无权获得退款。若学生因受伤而必须在预定日期前离开夏令营，Les Elfes将退还其未入住期间的费用。
后勤与预订
哪个机场最好？
日内瓦（GVA）距离最近。其他选择包括苏黎世、巴塞尔或米兰，但我们通常不提供从这些其他机场的接机服务。
你们提供接送服务吗？
是的，乘坐我们的Les Elfes巴士可提供中转服务，但需额外付费。
Les Elfes 能提供签证邀请函吗？
是的。如果您的孩子需要办理签证才能参加夏令营，我们可应要求提供正式邀请函。只需联系我们的团队，我们将为您准备必要的文件。
我们应该什么时候预订？
冬令营和夏令营的名额很快就会报满；对于热门时段，我们建议您至少提前三个月预订。
我应该什么时候为孩子预订机票？
请预订周六抵达和周六出发的航班。我们的工作人员全天都在日内瓦机场等候，迎接营员；在Les Elfes机场服务台，最长等待时间为2小时。这将确保往返营地的接送过程顺畅无阻。
如果我已经支付了定金，但我的Visa卡被拒了，该怎么办？
只要您提供大使馆出具的签证被拒证明信，我们将退还您的押金。
