The overall work as a Activity Manager consists of the following:

• Manage a team of up to 30 ski/snowboard instructors
• Create daily ski list with groups of 7 students and liaise with tranportation and kitchen team for departure times and lunch times
• Manage the staff’s weekly roster
• Oversee and organize ski fitting
• Lead morning meeting
• Ensure security on the slopes, give clear guidelines to staff
• Set up weekly race for students
• Organize end of day briefing with each instructor
• Working hours between 8h – 16h each day
• Work 6 days a week
• Seasonal contract Dec–April with the opportunity to get a yearly contract
