Monday 9th June – Let the activites begin!

All the campers had a great first night and slept well, waking up refreshed and ready to start their day. In the morning, they were busy diving into their chosen language studies with lots of energy and enthusiasm. The sun shone brightly, making it a perfect day for outdoor fun on their first full day at camp!!

In the afternoon, the Discoveries group headed to Sembrancher for an exciting climbing session and enjoyed plenty of games on the large football pitch. In the evening, they tried their hand at mini golf, which brought lots of smiles and laughter.

The Explorers took part in a lively sports day with golf, tennis, basketball, and volleyball, and in the evening they played a loud and energetic music activity called The Cube.

Meanwhile, the Pioneers went rock climbing in the stunning mountain setting of Dorenaz, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the valley. They rounded off their day with a relaxing evening around the campfire, toasting marshmallows and enjoying the peaceful mountain surroundings.

A really lovely first day for all campers and making new friends!
