The arrival day is always filled with excitement as students begin to arrive throughout the day, but this one was special, as it is our last arrival of the summer. Once everyone was checked in, campers joined their group leaders for introductions, games, and a campus tour to get to know each other and their surroundings. The day was dedicated to helping campers settle into their rooms, unpack, and enjoy some activities including basketball, football, trampoline, and board games.
Later in the day, the entire camp gathered for a team photo followed by a welcome speech, setting the tone for the week ahead. Afterwards, the camp divided into smaller teams for more personalized activities, ensuring everyone began fomring friendships from the very start.
Dinner was lively, with arrivals continuing into the evening, and group leaders making sure each camper felt at home. The evening concluded with a fun round of team-building games where laughter and energy filled the air.
