Cabane night at Les Elfes is always something campers look forward to, it is fun and filled with a new sense of adventure!
Tuesday began with our campers full of energy, ready for breakfast before diving into their morning activities. After language classes, each group split into their own adventures. After lunch, the Discoveries headed to Savoleyres, walked down to La Tzoumaz, and played games outdoors before settling in for the evening. The Explorers travelled to Lac Taney, enjoying a walk to the lake and games at the lodge before dinner. Meanwhile, the Pioneers departed to Leukerbad, set up their campsite, and went for an evening walk to the source of the thermal springs. All groups had dinner together at their camps before spending the night there.
This morning, after waking up at their campsites and having breakfast, each group continued their overnight trip activities. The Discoveries are spending the morning at Western City, enjoying a picnic lunch, and then heading to Aqua Park before returning to camp. The Explorers are also spening the day at the AquaPark, where they will be having lunch. The Pioneers packed up their tents early, then walking to the thermal pools before having lunch in Sion. The day will conclude with a Ropes course before heading back to Verbier.
In the evening, all groups will be back together before their evening activities. Discoveries will enjoy a fun pyjama party, the Explorers will bake and play games, while the Pioneers will choose between baking or a casino night. Everyone will be ready for a good night’s sleep after their trip, but with a head full of memories.
