The first full day of Session 4 is in the books, and you can really feel the fresh energy and excitement around camp. After breakfast, everyone headed into their language classes, where the new groups slowly started to get comfortable. By lunchtime, the dining room was buzzing with chatter and plans for the afternoon.

The Discoveries spent the afternoon rock climbing in Sembrancher. For many, it was their first time on the rocks, and it was amazing to see them step out of their comfort zone and cheer others on. The sense of teamwork is already building, even after just one day. After dinner, our little campers will get to participate in a game of mini golf.

Our Explorers had a full-on sports day at camp, and in town, rotating between tennis, golf, and different games at Les Elfes. The atmosphere was competitive but fun. After dinner, they took on The Cube games, where teamwork, and quick thinking were a must.

The Adventurers headed out to Sion to tackle the ropes course, testing their bravery on high wires and obstacle challenges. Everyone came back with stories to share and a real sense of accomplishment. Later on, quiz night took place, and it was their time to shine as teams to battle it out for the win.

The Pioneers took on climbing walls in Dorenaz this afternoon, pushing themselves physically and supporting each other through every challenge. The plan for the night was a summer camp classic: a campfire with marshmallows, stories, and that special feeling you only get with new friends under the stars.

As everyone headed to bed, we could feel a new energy; new faces, adventures, and a whole session ahead. It has been a great start of the week and the best is yet to come!
