For the Discoveries they were buzzing with excitement as they hopped off the bus and ran toward the entrance of the aqua park. The sun was shining brightly, and the air was filled with the sound of splashing water and laughter. By the end of the day, their hair was messy, their fingers wrinkled, and their energy nearly spent—but their faces glowed with happiness. It had been a day full of splashes, laughter. In the evening it was time for all the Discoveries to show the staff their variety of talent, which was great to see. The Explorers gathered at the base of the forest in Verbier, ready for a day at the ropes course. The children, all geared up in helmets and harnesses, looked up at the wooden platforms and swinging bridges suspended between the tall trees. After a couple of hours of climbing, swinging, and cheering each other on, the group gathered at the base again—faces flushed, clothes a little muddy, but spirits soaring. It was a day full of courage, teamwork, and adventure in the Swiss mountains—one they’d never forget. In the evening the Explorers had the talent show auditions alike the Discoveries, finding talent from all of the campers for the final presentation on Friday evening.
The Adventurers ventured up to the Baritan, a cozy wooden restaurant perched on the mountainside, ready for a good lunch. They settled on the sunny terrace with breathtaking views of the valley below. After a refreshing meal and a big gulp of cold mountain water, it was time for the next adventure: trotinetting! The group put on helmets and gathered their mountain scooters—sleek, sturdy, and just the right size for a fun downhill ride. A quick safety talk from their guide reminded them to keep both hands on the handlebars, look ahead, and enjoy the ride. They set off along the mountain trail, the wind rushing past their ears as they zoomed down through the winding forest paths. Some rode confidently at the front, others took it slow and steady—but everyone had a smile stretched across their face. The combination of stunning scenery and just the right dose of speed made the trotinetting ride the perfect end to an already unforgettable day. In the evening the Adventurers tried their hand at Baking some cookies followed by casino night
It was Sports Day in Verbier for the Pioneers. The sun was shining, the mountains stood tall in the background, and the fields and courts were ready for a full day of action. Today’s challenge: a fun rotation through tennis, golf, and basketball—a mix of skill, teamwork, and lots of laughter. By the end of Sports Day, the campers were tired but glowing. They had learned new skills, encouraged each other, and discovered new favorite games. In the evening the Pioneers had more sports heading over to the centre sportif for some team games and rock climbing.
