Today was a fantastic Excursion Day at Les Elfes, giving campers the chance to explore some of Switzerland’s most interesting attractions! From the delicious world of Swiss chocolate to communication, culture, and sport, the day was packed with discovery, learning, and plenty of fun with friends.
Excursion Day – All Groups
The day began with breakfast from 07:30 to 08:30, giving everyone plenty of energy before setting off for a full day of adventures. ☀️
From 09:00, all groups headed out on their excursions. The Discoveries, Explorers, and Pioneers visited the Chocolate Factory, where they discovered the fascinating world of Swiss chocolate, learned more about how it is made, and enjoyed a delicious experience along the way! ✨
The Explorers and Pioneers also visited the Museum of Communication in Bern, exploring its interactive exhibits and discovering the many different ways people communicate and connect with one another.
The Pioneers continued their excursion with a visit to the Olympic Museum, where they explored the history and spirit of the Olympic Games and discovered more about some of the incredible athletes and moments that have shaped international sport.
At 12:00, campers enjoyed a picnic lunch, taking a well-deserved break before continuing their adventures throughout the afternoon.
Back to Les Elfes
After a busy day of exploring, everyone returned to Les Elfes for dinner at 19:00, with plenty of stories and highlights from their excursions to share.
The day finished on a high note with the LOFT Disco from 20:00 to 21:00! Campers from all groups came together to dance, enjoy the music, and celebrate another fantastic day with their friends.
From Swiss chocolate and communication to the fascinating world of the Olympic Games, today offered something special for every group.
With exciting excursions, new discoveries, a picnic with friends, and a disco to finish the evening, it was another unforgettable day of Session 6 at Les Elfes! ⛰️
